One of the main activities of the Belarusian peace Fund is to take care of our dear veterans of the great Patriotic war. Within the framework of the perpetual programs «Memory», «Care and mercy», the Belarusian peace Foundation provides comprehensive support and takes care of this category of our citizens.
The new action «veteran lives Here» is another opportunity to pay attention to the veterans of the great Patriotic war. There are not so many, perhaps for this reason, they become more and more expensive. For each of them, a bit of extra attention from those for whom they extracted Victory is very important. Perhaps, little else they may please.

The commemorative plaque will be set by the Minsk Suvorov SVU, cadets and schoolchildren. According to the organizers, this will add not only positive emotions to veterans, but will also play an important role in the formation of civil and Patriotic values among young people. The organizer of the action was the NGO «Belarusian peace Fund». Partners of the action are: Belarusian public Association of veterans, public Association «Belarusian Union of officers», public Association» Belarusian Republican youth Union», public Association» Belarusian Republican pioneer organization», public Association»Belarusian Union of cadets and cadets».

1. GENERALITIES
1.1. This Regulation establishes the procedure for the Republican civil-Patriotic action of the public Association «Belarusian peace Fund» «veteran lives Here» (hereinafter — the action).
1.2. The purpose of the action is to preserve the historical memory of the victory of the Belarusian people in the great Patriotic war, a manifestation of respect for the victorious people.
1.3. Objectives of the campaign:
stimulation of social initiatives aimed at helping and caring for the older generation that won the great Patriotic war;
to show attention to the veterans of the great Patriotic war (hereinafter-veteran);
to form civil-Patriotic and moral values in the younger generation, to foster a sense of respect and responsibility to the older generation, who won the great Patriotic war;
to attract young people to socially significant activities of civil-Patriotic orientation.
1.4. The official organizer of the action is the public Association «Belarusian peace Fund» (hereinafter – the Belarusian peace Fund).
1.5. The official organizer in Minsk is the Minsk city Department of the Belarusian peace Fund, in regional and district centers — the relevant regional and district offices of the Belarusian peace Fund.
1.6. The partners of the action are the Belarusian public Association of veterans (hereinafter – BOOV), public Association «Belarusian Union of officers» (hereinafter – NGO «BSO»), public Association «Belarusian Republican youth Union» (hereinafter – NGO «BRSM»), public Association «Belarusian Republican pioneer organization» (hereinafter – NGO «BRPO»), public Association «Belarusian Union of cadets and cadets» (hereinafter-NGO «BSSK»).
2. THE CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE OF THE CAMPAIGN
2.1. The protesters are activists of the Belarusian peace Foundation, members of BOOM, PA «BSO», «BSSK», volunteers of the NGO «Belarusian Republican youth Union» and the hardy boys OO «bro».
2.2. Preparation for the action and its holding takes place in the Republic of Belarus from January 20 to may 9, 2016 in two stages.
2.3. At the first stage, the participants will learn the place of residence and address of the veteran. Use of the information support of the territorial offices of the Belarusian peace Fund and the territorial Committee of NGO «Belarusian Republican youth Union». The chairmen of the territorial offices of the Belarusian peace Fund request relevant data from the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Republic of Belarus.
2.4. At the second stage, the participants of the action contact the veteran or his relatives and arrange a meeting.
2.5. During the meeting the participants agree on the possibility and attach to the veteran’s house or near his apartment a commemorative plaque «Here long live veteran Walky Ichini vine. Dzyak for Peremogu!»(Annex 1).
2.6. It is advisable to involve students of cadet schools, specialized lyceums, educational institutions «Minsk Suvorov military school», military-Patriotic classes with uniforms, as well as students of institutions of General secondary, vocational and secondary special education-members of the NGO «BRSM» and the NGO «BRPO»in the process of attaching a commemorative plaque.
3. THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANIZERS AND PARTNERS OF THE ACTION
3.1. Belarusian peace Foundation and its structural subdivisions:
plates are made according to the attached layout;
request data on veterans in the Ministry of labor and social protection of the Republic of Belarus;
develop a schedule of visits to veterans at home, solve organizational issues related to the mounting of a commemorative plaque, congratulations anniversaries together with representatives of partner organizations participating in the action;
establish date of attachment of the plate in coordination with the veterans living in private houses and apartments;
transfer the plates to the representatives of partner organizations participating in the campaign in accordance with a separate list.
3.2. BOOM, PA «BSO», «BSSK» and its structural subdivisions
participate in the development of a schedule of visits to veterans at home;
provide lists to regional organizations, BOOM, PA «BSO», «BSSK», the regional Committee of NGO «Belarusian Republican youth Union», regional councils OO «bro» for later use by volunteers of the Belarusian Republican youth Union and young volunteers OO «bro» in practice.
3.3. BOOM, PA «BSO», «BSSK», NGO «Belarusian Republican youth Union» and OO «, bro» and their organizational structure:
hold meetings with veterans (memorial evenings, tea parties, educational discussions, congratulations on the significant dates and anniversaries), during which they learn about the desire of the veteran regarding the attachment of the plate;
3.4. OO «BRSM» and OO «, bro» follow the procedure of attaching the plates through the involvement of young volunteers and volunteers; 3.5. NGO » BSSK «in coordination with the Ministry of education coordinates the actions of cadet schools, specialized lyceums, educational institutions» Minsk Suvorov military school » during the action.
4. INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS OF THE ACTION
4.1. Information about the features and the course of the action will be available on the website of the public Association «Belarusian peace Fund» and the official website of the NGO «BRSM» «Youth of Belarus».
