The theme of the competition was dedicated to the Year of the Little Motherland. The founders of the contest were the Vileika District Organization of the Belarusian Foundation for Peace.
23 applications were submitted for the competition, 15 of which were from educational institutions of the district. The jury was difficult to make your choice, as all participants took a responsible attitude towards the preparation for the competition. There were not only made hats, but thought out the image of the representative, as well as the presentation itself.
As a result of the work of the jury, Chaveyko Timofei won the first place, together with his parents he made a hat in the form of a water mill that used to stand on his street in the village of Kurenets. It was called the work “My kut are dear, as you are to me.”
Laureates were the works of Pani Vilija, presented by the Vileika Secondary School No. 5, Kvitney, May Radzima! – GDO “Yaslidarke No. 3 in the town of Vileika”.
All participants received memorable diplomas and souvenirs, and the winners were awarded valuable gifts.
