President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in his speeches has repeatedly said: «The work of public organizations is no less important than the diplomatic one. Being kind of ambassadors of goodwill, public organizations create an attractive image of their Belarus, reveal the calm, peaceful, creative nature of our beautiful Motherland. »
The active work of the Peace Foundation facilitated the establishment of diplomatic relations between our country and Israel, Ireland and other states. Thanks to the friendly relations of the Peace Foundation with peacekeepers of foreign countries, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Israel, Japan, Sweden, Austria, Finland and other countries provided assistance to people affected by the Chernobyl disaster.
Today the Belarusian Peace Foundation, as one of the founders and active participants of the International Association of World Foundations, continues to maintain and develop relations with non-governmental public organizations of foreign countries.
